Greenlight Consulting, a leader in Intelligent Automation services, announced the appointment of Enjoli Singh to Chief Executive Officer of its Costa Rican operations. This strategic move marks a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing expansion efforts in Central America.
Enjoli Singh, celebrating her 12th anniversary with Greenlight Consulting, has been instrumental in the company’s growth, success, and strategic direction. Her advancement to managing partner, alongside our founding partners, reflects her contributions and leadership over the years. Previously, as Vice President, she oversaw People Operations and the Operations side of our IT Staffing division. With her comprehensive background in operations and leadership across business units, combined with a passion for automation technology, Enjoli is well-equipped to propel Greenlight’s Robot Operations offering to unprecedented success.
Since its establishment in 2022, the Costa Rican branch has thrived under a leadership team dedicated to engaging with local staff and integrating them into the company’s culture. As the team grows, leadership is proactively exploring avenues to support the community through investments in the education and training of Costa Rican students and professionals.
