Greenlight Consulting Shortlisted For Six Women in IT (WIT)Awards

Women in IT (WIT) Awards Canada announced their 2023 shortlist with Greenlight Consulting and its employees shortlisted for six awards.

  • Employer of the Year
  • Lifetime Achievement Award
  • Ally of the Year
  • Data Leader of the Year
  • Next Generation Leader of the Year
  • Mental Health Initiative of the Year

Greenlight Consulting was shortlisted for Employer of the Year. This award is for “a technology organization that has demonstrated a great effort to attract and retain more diverse talent.” Last year, Greenlight Consulting was awarded 2022 Employer of the Year.

Enjoli Singh, Managing Partner at Greenlight Consulting, was shortlisted for the Lifetime Achievement Award. This award “recognizes the achievements which have made an important contribution to the general standing of the technology industry. This individual has dedicated a major part of their working life to helping and supporting others.”

Lester Mendoza, Director, Customer Growth at Greenlight Consulting, was shortlisted for Ally of the Year. This award is for “a senior figure who has gone out of their way to improve the diversity levels within IT, within the organization and/or in the wider community.”

Stephanie Law, Enablement Lead at Greenlight Consulting, was shortlisted for Data Leader of the Year. This award is for “a woman IT, technology or business leader who has demonstrated successful results in data technology in the last 2-years.”

Ravneet Arora, Senior RPA Business Analyst at Greenlight Consulting, was shortlisted for Next Generation Leader of the Year. This award is for “a  woman under the age of 30, or who turns 30 in 2023, who has progressed rapidly though their career and demonstrated business value and innovation through the use of technology.”

Komal Sindhi, Manager, People Operations (HR) at Greenlight Consulting, and her Mental Health Toolkit was shortlisted for Mental Health Initiative of the Year. The award is “presented to a project or initiative that has had demonstrable success in improving the health and well-being of all its employees.”
