Each one came with complex details, and because so much of the work was done by hand, errors and delays were common. Even though they already had an RPA workflow in place, it was rigid and unreliable, needing constant human oversight and delivering accuracy rates of only 35–40%.

Greenlight took a deep dive into Canon’s invoice process and found a smarter way forward.
Instead of relying on rigid RegEx rules, we built custom machine learning models that could handle the complexity of their data with much higher accuracy. We connected the solution directly into Oracle 11i SAP so invoices could flow through automatically, from extraction to validation to updates. When exceptions came up, they were flagged for a person to quickly review.
After rounds of testing to make sure everything ran smoothly, the new system was rolled out with confidence.
