It’s official – Greenlight Consulting is a Great Place to Work!
Greenlight Consulting is proud to announce that we have been certified as a Great Place to Work after a thorough, independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work Institute Canada. This certification is based on direct feedback from our employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about their workplace experience.
Enjoli Singh, our VP of People Operations broke the exciting news to our employees last week and said, “We already knew Greenlight was an awesome workplace but now we’re certified awesome!
The evaluation consisted of the employee survey administered, as well as a culture audit that evaluated benefits, charity commitment, diversity, and overall company culture.
Our score on the survey came in at a record high of 98%.
